Windows 2012 – Enable F8 (boot into safe mode)
Boot on Windows 2012 install media
Choose Troubleshoot and in a command prompt type:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu Yes
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} timeout 10
Enables the bootmenu
Now you can use “safe mode”.
