You can remove the “Admin Tools folder” with a GPO.
Go to:
User Configuration\Preferences\Windows Settings\Registry
Add a new Registry Item:
Action: Update
Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key path: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Value name: StartMenuAdminTools
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 00000000
Add a second Registry Item:
Action: Update
Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key path: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Value name: StartAdminToolsRoot
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 00000000
Remember to enable Loopback on the OU where the RD Host are.
