Find this path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
Make two new DWORD values:
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
MaxConnectionsPerServer

Give both of them a value of ‘a’ (don’t write the  ‘ ‘ )

It is possible to have a catch-all mailbox in exchange. I works like a *.domain.com into a specific mailbox. It does not have an impact on all the normal users/emails on the system.
