To disable it, find this path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
Locate this key: EnableICMPRedirect
change the value from 1 to 0

Run this command from a .bat file:
shutdown.exe -r -f -t 60 -c “Windows Server 2003 will now restart in 1 minute…”

Make a scheduled job that runs the bat file.

net statistics server
